    Flatwork selectively contacts plants based on the request and available plant information.

  3. You decide whether to respond

    If you may be able to help, Flatwork can introduce you directly.

You are never required to accept a load. Each plant decides what it can take.

Commercial terms stay with the plants.

Pricing, transportation, timing, and commercial terms are worked out directly between the two plants. Flatwork makes introductions; it does not process or transport linen or set pricing.

Your plant is not publicly listed as available capacity. Flatwork selectively contacts relevant plants when a request fits. Available capacity must be confirmed for each opportunity.
